Underground Storage Tank Management

PIEDMONT GEOLOGIC manages all phases of underground storage tank (UST) permitting, operation, and closure, and provides all levels of UST release response and remediation. Our rates comply with regional UST trust-fund requirements, and we are amenable to working under state direct-pay programs on a case-by-case basis. Piedmont Geologic is certified as a Class I UST Site Rehabilitation Contractor for UST sites under the South Carolina Superb trust-fund reimbursement program.

UST management services include:

UST removal and closure. UST release response. 20-day and 45-day reports. Limited site assessments, soil assessment reports, comprehensive site assessments, soil cleanup plans (North Carolina).	Initial groundwater assessments, Tier I and Tier II assessments (South Carolina). CAP-A and CAP-B reports (Georgia). Corrective action planning and implementation. State trust-fund applications, pre-approvals, and claim submittals.
